Founded in 2011, Cambridge University Bangla Society welcomes members of Cambridge University from all backgrounds regardless of ethnicity, nationality, culture or faith. We are an organisation that has created a community which celebrates and educates about the cultures of Bengal and Bangladesh at one of the world’s top-ranked universities.

We run social and networking events for our members, so that they can get to know each other and build links within and beyond the university, providing a community for our members to enjoy. We run events to share Bengali culture with the rest of the University, and we provide help with access to Cambridge University to those who are thinking of applying, as well as welfare needs to our members.
